1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (representing your business or financing agency, "User", "Client") and Mini App Tech ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the **CollectApp** mobile application and corresponding central administration panel.
By clicking "Accept", creating a branch portal, downloading our application from the Google Play Store, or utilizing any of our features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all criteria detailed in these Terms. If you disagree, you must cease using our application immediately.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
To register for a corporate CollectApp account, you must represent a valid business registered under local guidelines, and your company representatives must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration details during onboarding.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of branch admin credentials and agent passwords.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security or suspected login compromises.
You assume full legal and operational responsibility for all actions logged under your company branch accounts, including entries performed by your active field agents.
3. Software License Scope
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the CollectApp mobile application on authorized devices and access the admin web panel strictly for managing internal collections, loans, route tracking, and recovery reports.
Under this license scope, you are strictly prohibited from: copying, modifying, decompiling, or attempting to reverse-engineer our software; renting, leasing, or commercially reselling our software code to third parties; or trying to bypass secure database layers.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree to utilize our service in strict alignment with regional financial regulations. You must not: use the application for any illegal loan sharks or unauthorized chit fund operations; log dummy, deceptive, or fraudulent debtor accounts; transmit any viruses or malicious codes into our systems; or use GPS spoofing software to fake agent collections origin coordinates.
5. Physical Cash Collections Disclaimer
CollectApp provides administrative ledger calculation software, automatic billing lists, SMS reminder options, and logging tools. It does NOT directly process or store physical currency.
All physical currency collections, EMI reconciliations, cash handling, and customer receipts verification are coordinated directly by your independent field agents. Mini App Tech assumes zero liability for physical cash losses, agent collection fraud, cash theft, disputes in customer accounts balances, or manual mathematical entry errors logged by your agents. It is your sole responsibility to reconcile agent cash boxes.
6. Pricing, Billing, & Cancellations
Access to our premium SaaS software is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual billing periods) based on your active branches, number of agent slots, and features scale. subscription plans and fees are detailed in your contract schedule. All payments are billed automatically via authorized Indian payment pathways.
Failure to settle invoices on time will result in temporary suspension of agent mobile logging sync and restricted admin dashboard access until all balances are fully cleared. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day prior notification.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, codebases, server architecture layouts, trade secrets, design systems, visual mockups, and corporate trademarks ("CollectApp", "Mini App Tech") remain the absolute and exclusive property of Mini App Tech. You acquire zero ownership rights under these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Mini App Tech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of cash, business disruptions, data loss, or server downtime resulting from the use or inability to use this software.
Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will operate 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your exact operational requirements.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, their interpretation, and any commercial disputes arising from our software operations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be filed solely in the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
