  • Account Profile Information: Names, email addresses, business roles, phone numbers, and company branch credentials created during admin onboarding.
  • Customer Ledger Details: Debtor names, contact numbers, outstanding EMI loan structures, payment transaction histories, and interest profiles.
  • Financial Records: Payment receipt values, cash-in-hand figures logged by field agents, and date-time collections metadata.
  • Device and Permissions: Mobile operating system configurations, secure device hardware IDs, IP addresses, network status, and camera permissions (for optional profile uploads or paper receipt captures).

3. Location Data Usage (Important Play Store Disclosure)

Our app features real-time field collections monitoring and GPS routing parameters. To ensure high security, transparency, and prevent cash misappropriation, the app collects location data:

CollectApp collects precise and/or approximate geographical coordinates (GPS) from your mobile device. This data is collected in the foreground (while the app is open on the screen) and optionally in the background (while the app is minimized or the screen is locked) solely to facilitate real-time route plotting and log the exact coordinate origin where a customer payment was received.

Location data is utilized exclusively for:

  • Verifying that an agent was physically present at the debtor's registered address at the time of logging a transaction.
  • Assisting administrators in plotting collection routes to improve field efficiency.
  • Ensuring security and tracking in case of unexpected agent cash handling discrepancies.

Note: We do NOT sell or share this location data with third-party advertising agencies. You can customize location tracking directly in your Android settings panel.

4. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information to execute operational procedures, including:

  • Facilitating instant digit ledger records and printing payment receipts.
  • Tracking EMI due notifications and sending automated transactional reminders.
  • Drafting smart financial statements and monthly cash recovery statistics.
  • Verifying agent activity logs to prevent transactional fraud.
  • Responding to technical customer support requests submitted via the app.

We handle your commercial records with premium security parameters. All communications between the mobile application and our central database are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols. We retain your profile data as long as your corporate enterprise subscription remains active. Users may request access, modification, or complete deletion of their account records by contacting our customer support panel.

If an agent leaves your employment, administrators have tools to suspend or delete the agent's account immediately from the central control panel, terminating all access privileges.
